Hello Penguins Families,

The wait is over! Sign-ups for our first meet of the 2026 Summer Swim season are now open. Our first meet of the season will be this Saturday, June 13th against Farmington Village, and we are excited to kick off another summer of swimming with the Penguins!

Swimmer Declarations
Please log into SwimTopia and declare whether your swimmer(s) will be attending the meet. Swimmer declarations will remain open through Wednesday evening.
Our coaching staff uses these responses to build lineups and relay teams, so timely responses are greatly appreciated.

Volunteer Sign-Ups
Volunteer sign-ups will remain open through Friday at 12:00 PM. As a volunteer-run organization, our meets depend on parent participation. We encourage families to sign up early so we can ensure all positions are covered before the meet.

New to Swim Team?
If this is your first season with the Penguins, welcome! Please declare your swimmer as Attending if they plan to participate in the meet, even if they are unsure which event they will swim. Coaches can help with that, if needed.

General Information
Additional information regarding meet logistics, arrival times, warm-ups, parking, and concessions will be shared later this week.

I would like to apologize in advance for the many emails you'll receive throughout the season. We try to keep everyone informed and encourage you to read team emails carefully, so you stay up to date on important deadlines, volunteer needs, and team happenings.
